– Medical trays material is using PETG 6763
– Co-polyester material that meets ISO 10993 and/or USP Class VI biocompatibility requirement;
– Food Contact Status compliant. The production and trimming of rigid medical trays made from PETG 6763 results in little or no dust or particulates.
– Raw material is FDA-certified and thus applications for medical devices is suitable.
– Can be safely sterilized with proper ethylene oxide or gamma radiation without affecting the raw material property.
Option for ESD-safe raw material is available.supported with our inhouse tray designers.
